brewing time/preparation
To enjoy the full aroma and flavour of our rooibos tea, we recommend heating fresh water to about 95°C.
Put a teaspoon of the rooibos tea into a teapot or cup and pour the hot water over it. Let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes so that the flavours can develop.
Stir occasionally and then remove the tea leaves or solids through a strainer. Enjoy your rooibos tea hot and unsweetened or add a natural sweetener as needed.
